Any programs that needs updates so you don't have to. Also only installing only IMPORTANT files for Microsoft Windows.

I receive notifications on dying hard drive and other mechanical failures that can happen before they happen.

Clearing unnecessary files and junk that buildup over time and may cause the computer to slow down and sometimes become non-responsive

WINDOWS UPDATING

installing only Important and recommended ranked by windows updates and app/program updates for your windows OS. Removing all "OPTIONAL" Windows updates that can case major problems even system shutdowns.

REMOTE ASSISTANCE

If you have a problem with something or if you think there is a problem we can remotely find the problem and fix it. If it cannot be completed remotely we will come out to your place of work there will be an hourly charge but a -20.00 discount will be applied because of the jade program.

BROWSER SAFETY

ConcealBrowse proactively and intuitively gauges risky internet traffic – protecting endpoints and users from malicious and unknown URLs. By detecting threats early in the kill chain, we stop potential threats before any damage can be done on your network.

Notes:

1. Onsite workplace service billed $120.00 per hour.

2. If the REMOTE problem takes more then one hour to complete, after 1 hour 100.00 per hour

Then it will be charged 100.00 hourly.

3. Onsite residential service billed $110.00 per hour.

4. Computers brought in to repair is only 100.00* not including parts

5. Every Technical PC/MAC problem will be solved within commercially reasonable efforts.

6. *A Discount of -20.00 will be applied to any onsite / offsite repair.

EMERALD BACKUP

20.00 unlimited amount of backup cloud space.

Choose the files you need backed up and they will be

stored and encrypted and automatically updated.

Updates will be every hour or 1/2 hour your choice, and this will include versioning - meaning if your files get lost or VIRUS / RANSOMWARE hits your computer, Versioning will make sure your files are safe and retrievable at any time.
